Ready to become a healthier, happier, more vibrant YOU?

Health isn’t just about going to yoga or drinking a green smoothie. It’s not measured by the scale or your physical appearance.

It’s your overall well-being – mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It’s what you put in and on your body, and what you get out of it. It’s how you feel, function, and thrive in all aspects of your life.

Having a vital sense of well-being allows you to realize your potential and fulfill your purpose.

Hi, I’m Rachel.

A certified holistic health coach dedicated to helping you reduce stress naturally so you can accomplish the things you’ve always dreamed of doing.

Through my coaching programs and this blog, I’m devoted to sharing the practical tips and simple solutions to help you create real, lasting change in your health and life.

Why Am I Passionate About This?

The truth is, I wasn’t always healthy. I grew up on Captain Crunch and microwave meals, was overweight as a child, and developed serious body image issues and disordered eating habits at the age of 12. For most of my life, I struggled with yo-yo dieting, depression, digestive issues, and a serious lack of self-worth. Simply put, I hated my body and I tried everything to change it.

A Little About Me

Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, I am a multi-passionate entrepreneur, wellness nerd, and student of life. I’m a wife to a handsome man named Darren, also known in the Ninja Warrior community as FACE. I’m a mama to our Maltese puppies named Leo (short for Leonidas – The Ninja Warrior King) and Xander (short for Alexander The Great Conquerer of All Obstacles). I have an insatiable appetite for learning and growth. I love take-your-breath-away laughs, dancing at weddings, live theatre, pink flowers, yoga, and Buffalo’s Canalside at sunset. I live for Jesus and I’ll drop anything for family and friends.

God is good, and life is crazy beautiful. I LOVE IT!

Guilt-Free Pleasures: Coffee, AmazonPrime, and The Bachelor/Bachelorette. #BecauseBalance

Current Obsessions: Almond milk matcha lattes, grapefruit and lime infused lemonade, and taking pictures of my fur sons.

Fun Fact: Darren and I won the wedding of our dreams and were featured on a 5-part reality TV series. You can watch our entire wedding planning journey from start-to-finish at
