Welcome, friend! I’m Rachel.
CNS Candidate & Certified Hormone Health Coach
For years, I watched motivated, disciplined women do everything “right” and still feel exhausted, inflamed, and out of sync with their bodies.
I’ve been there too. My own experience with persistent fatigue, digestive challenges, hormonal imbalances, and autoimmune issues reshaped how I understand health and what meaningful support really looks like.
I’ve spent over 15 years in the health and wellness field, beginning as a personal trainer and women’s health coach before fully transitioning into functional nutrition. That evolution came from seeing firsthand that workouts and willpower alone don’t resolve deeper, underlying imbalances.
Today, I’m a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) Candidate, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with advanced training in functional medicine, women’s hormone health, and blood chemistry.
I specialize in supporting women in their reproductive years who are navigating PMS, painful or heavy periods, cycle irregularities, acne, digestive concerns, and burnout.
My work focuses on personalized nutrition education and lifestyle support to help women better understand their bodies and build sustainable foundations that support hormone signaling, digestion, and energy over time.
When I’m not coaching clients, you’ll find me walking my dogs, spending time outdoors, experimenting with organic skincare formulations in my kitchen, or connecting with like-minded women in the Buffalo community.
Let’s connect! Say hi on Instagram @rachelsunley—I’d love to hear from you!
