Hi, I’m Rachel.

A certified holistic health coach dedicated to helping you transform the relationship you have with yourself, your body and your food – so you can accomplish the things you’ve always dreamed of doing. 

I specialize in one-on-one health and lifestyle coaching for ambitious women who are struggling with stress, emotional eating, and weight gain. I help them ditch dieting, make peace with food, and love their bodies. 

Through my coaching programs and this blog, I’m devoted to sharing the practical tips and simple solutions to help you create real, lasting change in your health and life.  

Why Am I Passionate About This?

The truth is, I wasn’t always healthy. I grew up on Captain Crunch and microwave meals, was overweight as a child, and developed serious body image issues and disordered eating habits at the age of 12. For most of my life, I struggled with yo-yo dieting, depression, digestive issues, and a serious lack of self-worth. Simply put, I hated my body and I tried everything to change it.

A Little About Me

Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, I am a multi-passionate entrepreneur, wellness nerd, and student of life. I’m a wife to a handsome man named Darren, also known in the Ninja Warrior community as FACE. I’m a mama to our Maltese puppies named Leo (short for Leonidas – The Warrior King) and Xander (short for Alexander The Great). I have an insatiable appetite for learning and growth. I love take-your-breath-away laughs, dancing at weddings, live theatre, pink flowers, yoga, and Buffalo’s Canalside at sunset. I live for Jesus and I’ll drop anything for family and friends.

God is good, and life is crazy beautiful. I LOVE IT!

Bio

Rachel Sunley, MPH, CPT is a certified holistic health coach and wellness educator based out of Buffalo, New York. After two decades of battling disordered eating, low self-esteem, and multiple health issues and then healing her body of an autoimmune disease through real food and radical self-care, she became an advocate of healthy living.

In hopes of inspiring others to take charge of their own health, Rachel spent nine years working in the wellness industry as a corporate wellness specialist, bridal fitness trainer, and women’s health coach before switching her focus from serving small groups of people in person to serving as many women as possible online.

Bridging the gap between natural wellness, spiritual growth, and high performance, Rachel’s work is devoted to sharing the practical tips and simple solutions to help you create real, lasting change in your health and life. She wants to show you how to transform the relationship you have with yourself, your body and your food – so you can accomplish the things you’ve always dreamed of doing.
