We’ll identify your dream life.
- Together, we’ll draw out your vision for the outcomes you’re looking for in your health, energy, habits, and lifestyle. We’ll identify where you are, where you want to go, and what’s holding you back from feeling your absolute best right now.
We’ll determine if we’re a good fit.
- Through open and honest conversation, we’ll get a sense of our compatibility. You’ll see if you vibe with my mission, I’ll see if I’m the right coach for you based off your health concerns and goals, as well as my training and experience. If your health concerns are outside of my scope of practice, I will graciously refer you to a trusted provider or point you in the right direction to find one.
We’ll create a game-plan.
- You’ll decide if you’d like to invest in your health. If so, we’ll talk logistics – program duration, coaching schedule, and payment plans.
