I'm Rachel, a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Holistic Health Educator. 

Driven by my personal journey and triumph through an autoimmune diagnosis, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and brain fog, I'm passionate about empowering women to take their health into their own hands and nourish their bodies back to health. I created this new blog to share hormone-healthy recipes, botanical DIYs for stress relief, and resources to support you on your journey to creating and sustaining optimal wellness. It's not about being perfect; it's about getting to know yourself and what works for your unique body.

The most significant change I've noticed since working with Rachel has been the improvement in my mental health toward my body and food. I no longer feel negative about my body or guilt after eating like I used to.
