I'm Rachel - a certified integrative nutrition health coach, botanical skincare formulator, and holistic health educator specializing in gut health, hormones, and mental well-being. I'm passionate about empowering busy women like you to get your energy & health back naturally using the most delicious food and protocols that work with your body - not against it.

Since 2011, I've helped hundreds of women to reclaim their energy and self-confidence, reduce stress, nourish a healthy relationship with food, and improve their mental & physical well-being by creating a healthy lifestyle that is enjoyable and sustainable. You can find fun articles about my first business in The Buffalo News and UB Today Magazine.

I've recently joined Shae Leonard - a licensed physician assistant and functional medicine practitioner, to help clients finally heal the root cause(s) of their gut, hormone, and mood symptoms. Visit Shae Leonard Wellness to learn more about lab testing and working with us. 

I created this new blog to share gut-friendly & hormone healthy recipes, DIYs, and resources to support you on your journey to creating and sustaining optimal wellness. It's not about being perfect; it's about getting to know yourself and what works for your unique body.

I live in Buffalo, New York with my husband Darren, and our sweet fur babies Leo (short for Leonidas – The Ninja Warrior King) and Xander (short for Alexander The Great Conquerer of All Obstacles). Yes, we are an American Ninja Warrior family! We're ninja gym owners, certified personal trainers, and health coaches with over 30+ years of combined experience in the fitness and wellness industries. 

I’m an introverted dreamer, doer, and creative entrepreneur who has an insatiable desire for learning and growth. I live for Jesus, and I’ll drop anything for family and friends. God is good, and life is chaotically beautiful. I LOVE IT!
