Delicious Detox Green Juice

  • 1 bunch dandelion greens
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • ½ bunch cilantro
  • 2-3 celery stalks
  • 1 small cucumber, with ends removed
  • 1 green pear (optional for those who like it sweet)
  • 2 inch ginger root, peeled
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Prepare produce by cutting into pieces, small enough to fit in the top of the juicer.
  3. Add one ingredient to the juicer at a time.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an air-tight glass container for up to 48 hours.
