After the long holiday weekend filled with barbecues, wine, and salty food, I’m ready to reset my body! This is my go-to juice after a long vacation or eating too much. Dandelion greens help reduce swelling and bloating, and stimulate the liver to release toxins. Drink this delicious detox juice and say bye bye to water retention!

Delicious Detox Green Juice

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch dandelion greens
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • ½ bunch cilantro
  • 2-3 celery stalks
  • 1 small cucumber, with ends removed
  • 1 green pear (optional for those who like it sweet)
  • 2 inch ginger root, peeled
  • 1 lemon, peeled
Instructions
  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Prepare produce by cutting into pieces, small enough to fit in the top of the juicer.
  3. Add one ingredient to the juicer at a time.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an air-tight glass container for up to 48 hours.
