Just do your skin a favor by ditching the sugary milk chocolate bars and opt for raw organic dark chocolate or this nourishing chocolate dream smoothie instead!
Chocolate Dream Smoothie
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 banana previously peeled, sliced, and frozen
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 serving collagen protein*
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add additional almond milk if required to achieve desired consistency.
- Enjoy immediately or transfer to an airtight glass container and refrigerate for up to 24 hours (though best when fresh).
