Ready to reveal a happier, healthier, and more confident you?
Health isn’t just about going to yoga or drinking a green smoothie. It’s not measured by the scale or your physical appearance.
It’s your overall well-being – mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It’s what you put in (and on) your body, and what you get out of it. It’s how your body feels and functions.
Having a vital sense of well-being allows you to maximize your potential and fulfill your God-given purpose.
Hi, I’M RACHEL.
I work with ambitious women who feel like they’re not living up to their potential because of their …. low self-esteem.
I help them gain the energy and confidence they need to live a more exciting, connected and contributing life.
It’s about energizing your body and preparing your mind to serve.
I hope that my personal stories of trials, failures, and triumphs that I share on this blog will inspire you and serve as your guide for getting from where you are to where you want to be. And I pray to create a community where you feel empowered, understood, and loved.
Each week, I write for you, but I also write for me, as a reminder to nurture and respect our bodies as we pursue our dreams. But this conversation isn’t a one-way street. I want to hear your thoughts, ideas, and how-tos as well! Whether it’s a new recipe, essential oil tip, or breakthrough story, share in the comments section or tag me via social media.
I’m really looking forward to sharing some of my favorite things. Most of all, I’m looking forward to getting to know you better!
Why Am I Passionate About This?
The truth is, I wasn’t always healthy. I grew up on Captain Crunch and microwave meals, was overweight as a child, and developed serious body image issues and eating disorders at the age of 12. For most of my life, I struggled with yo-yo dieting, depression, digestive issues, and a serious lack of self-worth. Simply put, I hated my body and I tried everything to change it.
