Hi, I’m Rachel.

A holistic health coach and lifestyle blogger dedicated to helping you get healthy God’s way.

Bridging the gap between natural wellness, spiritual growth, and high performance, this site is devoted to sharing the practical tools and resources necessary to help you create real, true and lasting change in your life.

After healing my body of an autoimmune disease through healthy eating and radical self-care, I became OBSESSED with sharing the benefits of real food and natural living. I’ve spent the past seven years helping hundreds of ambitious women lose weight and get fit from the inside-out through holistic wellness programs, bridal boot camps, and personal training services.

In 2017, God began to press on my heart to launch an online platform to help women get healthy while keeping Christ at the center of their journey. I created this space as the first step to building that community. Together we can share tips on how to be the best versions of ourselves through natural wellness, spiritual growth, intentional living, and giving back to the world. ALL for His glory!

On my brand-spanking new blog, you can expect to find information and resources to help you live a healthy, faith-filled life in which your full potential is in play, you have a vital sense of well-being, and you are deeply fulfilled.

I hope that the educational information and personal stories of trials, failures, and triumphs that I share on this blog will inspire and empower you to live your best life. And I pray to create a community where you feel encouraged, understood and loved.

Each week, I write for you, but I also write for me, as a reminder to nurture and respect our bodies as we pursue our dreams. That said, this conversation isn’t a one-way street. Why Am I Passionate About This?

The truth is, I wasn’t always healthy. I grew up on Captain Crunch and microwave meals, was overweight as a child, and developed serious body image issues and eating disorders at the age of 12. For most of my life, I struggled with yo-yo dieting, depression, digestive issues, and a serious lack of self-worth. Simply put, I hated my body and I tried everything to change it.

A Little About Me

I’m from Buffalo, New York, born and raised. I’m happily married to an incredible man named Darren, also known in the Ninja Warrior community as FACE. I recently became a mama to our Maltese puppy named Leo (short for Leonidas – The Warrior King). I have an insatiable appetite for learning and growth. I love take-your-breath-away laughs, dancing at weddings, live theatre, flowers, yoga, and Buffalo’s Canalside at sunset. I live for Jesus and I’ll drop anything for family and friends.

God is good, and life is crazy beautiful. I LOVE IT!

Professional Bio

Rachel Sunley, MPH, CPT is a certified holistic health coach and lifestyle blogger based out of Buffalo, New York. After years of battling multiple health issues and then healing her body of an autoimmune disease through real food, fitness, and alternative medicine, she became an advocate of natural living.

In hopes of inspiring others to take charge of their own health, Rachel spent seven years working in the wellness industry as a corporate wellness specialist, bridal fitness trainer, and women’s health coach before switching her focus from serving small groups of people in person to serving as many women as possible online.

Bridging the gap between natural wellness, spiritual growth, and high-performance Rachel’s work is devoted to helping ambitious women become the healthiest, BEST versions of themselves possible for God’s glory and the greater good of humanity. She wants to show you how to live a modern healthy lifestyle while pursuing your God-given dreams.
